Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging along with all documentation and parts to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
